put together from google results for "cabbage and coconut milk"
chop up some onion (0.5 red), garlic, and ginger
heat some oil with some spices (ground cumin, coriander, cayenne), and add the above
cut up cabbage (0.5 red cabbage into thin strips)
cook until cabbage is just about done, season/add water as necessary
add coconut milk (200mL for cabbage with sauce, more for soup with cabbage)
finish with lime juice (or lemon) and chopped cilantro
cook red cabbage with wooden spoon, stain said spoon, add various acids and bases to spoon and be greatly amused
