weird....
I got an interesting phone call today. It went a little something like this:
(Bring, bring...)
Me: Hello?
Them: Happy Birthday!
Me: It's not my birthday.
Them: Shut up, yes it is.
Me: No, really, my birthday is November 10th.
Them: Not September 10th?
Me: Nope, you got the right day but the wrong month.
Them: No no no, I thought your birthday was close to elections, which are in September.
Me: Wrong again. Elections, and my birthday, are in November.
Them: Oh, well then, I guess I'll call you back in two months.
Me: Ok then. Bye.
There was a little bit more to the convo, but that was the jist of it. They seriously thought I was fooling them and my birthday really was today. What a geek. Any guesses as to who was on the other end of the line?
