Viva la Mexico
hmmm well I suppose an update after all the goings on is in order since... well I did leave the country and all lol.
Well actually interesting things happened before I left... I guess Meghan is already involved with someone "still" which the way she said it was alittle strange (just said fuck it and messaged her and asked her out) so I'm going to steer shy of that me thinks, cause who knows what thats all about. So back where I've started just as the million times before. But went and saw the Borat movie with Gaby and Warner, which was great. Which worked for me. Other than that just got ready for my trip and left at 6 am on Sunday. Got there, at 6 pm sometime? With the time difference still confused about how much time I actually spent in the air, but whatever, long fucking flight...
so the week in Mexico was good, apart from the work part which kinda sucked cause my parts didn't get there till the friday I fucking left... but I made due. Had to fix the equipment down there before i could even use it though... Other than that, everyone was pleasant or seemed it since I can't speak spanish and not many could speak english ;-) Didnt do anything very exciting while I was there, just drank at the bar and chilled on the harbor, which worked for me. Great fews and good beer, what else could you ask for.
On friday night stayed in AZ and was supposed to meet up with some VW guys, but they never got back to me... so I just passed out at the hotel. Then saturday was flying all day again. Got back and chilled with Gaby drinking and playing cards, watching movies. Was a good time, plus I got the Saranac 12 beers of christmas pack which kicks ass I might add ;-) So we stayedu p till like 2:30 which for my lack of sleep prolyy wasnt the smartest thing, but we had a good time, so who cares, its only my health right! Just kinda loped around sunday, did laundry, worked on a stencil and just vegged. The making of these stencils especially the one i did last night really seems to relax me. The sheer intricacy of it and the time taking just seems to suite my brain I guess, plus I get some kick ass designs out of it. Already have some ideas for other non hood ride and VW related stuff I want to do.
Re-Pete is interviewing at DLI on friday! So it will kick ass having him down here for a bit and maybe for work! SO maybe party my place on friday me thinks... Need to get my hands on a beruit table though. Well I suppose getting back to work for a bit is in order since.... well.... it is my job ;-)
