So 2006 is coming off to a great start. I am very excited for what is to come and it is absoluetly incredible with how bearable life has been lately. Christmas retail was long and boring, but that first day off and the hefty paycheck I recieved with my holiday commission has truely made it worth the while
After commissions, I got paid over $12 an hour, woo! -- all to be spent on the payments of my new camera, hehe. Just found out that as a Ritz employee I can get a telephoto lens and a flash for almost 50% off (which in this case is a combined savings of about $250)
Also, Marc took me out ice-skating for my birthday. I hadn't done it in years so I was a bit rusty, but Marc was great at it. Hockey, duh. I only fell once because I was hysterically laughing at Kate, so at the end of the night, Marc took a dive into the ice as to make me look less of an ass for falling. That night was incredible. So yeah, I'm excited--Happy big 2-0 to me!
