*sigh*
Woke up from an unexpected nap at about the time I was "supposed" to be at work. I tried to call but realized I left my phone in the Library (no phone for the whole weekend *doh*) I would've been a half hour late, but it turned out I didn't have to be there. The GM said he'd trade me a meal for the dishes, so I got a salad for an hour's worth of work.
Since it was only six I decided to hang at the Fortress until 11 when I was supposed to meet Carin. So I played a couple games of LOTR (the tabletop version), bought a deck of Horus Heresy cards (stupid) and played a game of that, then I headed to Moriarty's. Carin was the only person I knew in the whole place and she preceded to talk to her not-boyfriend the whole night. And as if I didn't feel like enough of a loser, the was another guy there that was obviously in the exact same boat as me.
So much for feeling special.
