The eagle has landed.....
ok, so after many hours or watching Marine logistics and senior staff NCOs in action... (can you say "the light is on but is anyone home?"). i'm finally home! called moms and my brother tommy to let them off thier pins and needles.
I must say i did indeed miss this place... i still haven't sleep yet, partially it just feels too good to be home and that it might all in fact be one big beautiful dream. So i did lay down with Noah for about 60 seconds before i relized i had things to do. So i ran out and got a hair cut and bought me a new green (since i got it in Iraq), so that will be needed to wear come monday. Oh speaking of monday, thats right i don't have to go back to work till monday!! 6, yes i said 6 count em' 1..2..3..4..5..6 DAYS OFF, unlike the normal 4.
So yeah, the process of getting here left alot to be desired, but final result. i'm back here in the 760, O'side some call it, and i'm going out for sushi here in an bit with the family. so yeah, life is better, until i have to go back.
SO, thanks for coming along for the ride and i'll be sure to post a few more updates as i would just hate to cut any of you off like that... take care and keep in touch.
