Public Notice
Residents of Chicago, be advised that a man by the name of Captain John Hart is no longer in police custody. Hart is wanted on one confirmed count of muder and a number of public disturbances. Subject in question is a Wanderer with the ability to mimic facial features and body structures. Attached is a police sketch of his normal or actual face. He was last seen wearing a red jacket with white banding, a tan shirt, and dark grey pants.
Hart should be considered armed and dangerous at all times.
