No payment = no orders. Orders goes to those who pay up first.
frozen comments means your payment has been acknowlegded
Payment has to be in by closing of spree.
Please check that link of your item is right.
They will be 2 payments, One for items and the other for comgateway/postage charges.
comgateway charges will be billed according to weight. The heavier your item, the more you have to pay.
I will do updates via my LJ and when it arrives mass email.

I'm collecting $5 per item for shippin. This covers, shipping from asos to concierge, concierge fee, and frim concierge to Sg and if still got extra postage also.

I usually use comgatway for my US CC orders. But thet are on the expensive side. They charge 4.5% service charge, Base charge 11.50 USD per order and shipping charge to singapore via weight.
wherelse Project Concierge charges 3% service charge, base charges og SG9,99 and shipping charge to Sg via weight.
So Project Concierge is denfinalty cheaper.
I do not use Vconcierge because ther do not take in slae items
There was a debate once saying that Project Concierge is actually a personal shopper. Cos they operate strictly via email only. In my case, as long i get get a better deal i so not really care and so far they have worked well with a few sprees i've joined. I am not affliated with them in any way.
