according to her its vpost side that screwed up ...

"i just got off the phone with vpost and their customer service sucks! they claim that their only fault is mismatching of my invoices with the corresponding shipment numbers and say that they will investigate the matter by looking for unmatched parcels at vpost side in USA. they also asked me to furnish them with the tracking number (which i will have to obtain from ASOS) so they can track the missing parcel more easily. i've ordered from ASOS before organizing the sprees and i've never had any problem with them so i really believe it is a screw up on vpost's side. nevertheless, i will email ASOS asking for the tracking number (which they should have) and hopefully vpost will be able to find the parcel. and to top it all off, vpost refused to provide any compensation of sorts and just said that they were really sorry."

so will ASOS still refund?

hey all, according to her livejournal (pinkieme.livejournal.com), there's a entry that requires us to post our address and stuff as the ASOS items have arrived. HUH? Is she referring to the 3 months plus one?

And!! I can't find my name in the order list!

DAMNIT.
