I ordered some items from ASOS recently but more than 10 days later (and after my credit card has already been charged) I have not received any shipment notification. My order status is still "In Processing" and my numerous emails to ASOS have gone unanswered.
Does anyone know if ASOS takes a long time to process orders? And has anyone had response from their customer service?
Update: Oh bugger, they just refunded my money to my credit card (and I lost like $8 through the conversion!) but still no reply from their CS. Grrr. Never ordering from ASOS again.
