Payment
Please make payment by Friday, 01 08 Sept 2006, 11pm. No payment, no order.
GST and UPS handling charges
Minimum 17 pairs to get free trackable shipping via UPS. There will definitely be an additional 5% GST incurred.
Additionally, UPS charges a $10 handling charge independent of GST. This will be split by participant, not by pair.
Refunds and out-of-stock items
Please note that Tobias Mayer has an 8 -10 day processing window. Products may go out of stock during this period. I will not be held liable for items ordered and paid for that go out of stock.
Should your item go out of stock, you will be notified by email. As such, it is important to provide an email address that you check on a regular basis.
Any refunds due as a result will be made after the 2-week credit card refund processing period, and will be made at that particular prevailing buying rate of the bank (the rate at which credit card refunds are made, usually 2-3% lower), and not at the rate at which the card was charged.
Interbank transfers
Allowed, but check with me BEFORE transferring. I will need to stagger dates per interbank transfer so that I will know who transferred when. Kindly transfer when you say you will so as not to mess up the records.

Those doing interbanks, TRIPLE CHECK THE ACC NUMBER. IT IS NOT THE SAME NUMBER OF DIGITS AS POSB ACC NUMBERS. I will not wait for you if you screw up and I don't receive the funds by 8/9. I've already kindly extended by one week for those who messed up at first and I'm getting annoyed with the number of people who don't check properly before transferring.
I realise that rates have been revised down by 0.01 - please still do transfer at the rate of 2.09 to avoid confusion. The excess will be used to offset the UPS handling charge. If there's enough, I may not need to collect additional topups during the mass meetup. Will confirm again via email.
