Dear mods,

For my Hollister Spree #1 ( spree link here), my credit card charged me at an exchange rate of 1.411, higher than the 1.40 i collected from my participants at. A screenshot is attached, and i will proceed to collect from my participants at 1.411.

Thank you! :)

Dear mods,
the FXconverter provided this rate today for USD:
1 US Dollar = 1.47478 Singapore Dollar

But the rate you fixed is USD1.53. Why so high? I understand that it may need to be higher, around 1.48-1.49 etc but 1.53 in my opinion is too high to be the actual rate charged by the bank...

thank you~!

All exchange rates are taken from FXConverter (+ 3% interbank rates). All exchange rates are rounded up.

the rates fluctuate up and down every day. especially with the markets now being so unstable. i can't possibly change the rates everyday. the most i can do is allow you to collect the shortage from your participants when you've been overcharged. just show the printscreens.

Hi mods, USD came down recently (it is 1.51 today on FXconverter), but your rates went up from 1.58 to 1.60 instead. Is it possible to revise this?

In addition, i see from the above comments that spree organiser can claim back from participants if they have been overcharged. But what about the participants if the rates charged are way lower than what they have paid?

Sorry for so many question...

Yes... I agree with ya question... Understand that mods cant update the xchange rate everyday...not even every week those... so wad if the xchange rate provided is 1.60 but e actual is just 1.54 or less (just example)... because xchange rate are change very fast... So why only organiser can claim back from participants if overcharged by seller... not participant can claim back for overcharged too by seller? I meant a small differnet of 0.005 should be ok (I meant the third digit after dot)... as not much different but if the different at second digit after dot then the difference is definetly not small at all...

i'll have to agree as well. since organizers can claim shortage but why cant participants claim for any excess ? since some organizers who state under their T&C that (excess wont be refunded). somehow it doesnt make any sense. especially if it involves a substantial amount if the item purchase is huge amount.

there needs to be a limit. for example yes, for example, a 0.03 difference then organizers need to refund any excess. since the exchange rates as wat stated in the spree post may differ from when the time the items are ordered.
