一般尺吋34-37吋 refers to the normal sizes 34-37 inches (S & M)
大尺碼 :40.43.46吋 are for plus size ladies (L, XL, XXL)

So maybe when you measure, you may wanna look at the measurement of the item. The seller normally indicates the measurements of the item (eg: the waist, the length, the shoulder length etc) and decide which is more suited to your size.

Hi babe.
Yes, 34 is the smallest. For your reference, if you wanna buy size 34,
the length of the shirt is 26 inch, breast length is 34 inch, waist length is 31 inch, shoulder length is 14 inch, sleeve length is 6 1/4 inch & sleeve opening is 12 1/2 wide.
