hihi, so sorry to keep u waiting, but my uob ib seems not to be working, i suspect its cos i've just turned 21 and the acct is no more tx so theres some procedure to be taken before activating it agn. really really sorry for the inconvenience is it ok that i use atm to transfer?

Seems like there is a problem with my UOB account. I cant seem to transfer, and I keep receiving error msgs. =,=

Im interested in going through with the transaction so if you dont mind, can I make the payment latest tonight? Or if cant, I use the ATM to transfer?
But if it reaches the cap, then its ok, just continue.
