Firstly, I would like to give credits to edenroses. As she is very experienced in buying from this site, I took most of my T&C from her. Thanks, edenroses.
THE T&C
1. I will not be responsible if seller ships me damaged/wrong items or if she goes MIA coz my items will also be gone. These things i have no control over.
2. The seller might substitute some items of similar value if your item goes OOS at the last minute, so for these situations, I cannot do a refund as money has already been paid.
3. Please do keep the pictures of the items you've ordered.
4. There will be 2 transactions.
1st: The items plus shipping
2nd: Local Postages plus handling charge.
5. Updates will be done on this page and through a couple of mass e-mails. Please bookmark this page.
6. Disclaimer: Some items may not look as pretty as in the pictures. Please decide and buy at your own discretion.

7. There will not be any exchanges with the supplier cos shipping to China is expensive - may cost more than the item itself. However, if you do receive a faulty item, please send me a picture of it and I can try to negotiate with the supplier for a new piece.
8. Necklaces that state 特 A and 陶链 come with necklace chains, the rest specified as 单吊坠 only has the pendant and not the chain. You do not have to specify ring sizes for 开口戒 and please do not order items that state 暂时缺货.
9. Do not buy paper bags that have the Tiffany's or Gucci's (any branded) logo on them. Supplier said those wouldn't be able to pass through customs.
10. Registered mails are highly recommended. There are many cases of lost mails these days.

5. How I will distribute items:
Default - Normal postage by SingPost. Small postpac sold by SingPost =)
All to pay a standard of $1.30. Some who buy 6 items may have a lighter total weight compared to some who buy only 1 or 2 items. Hence, for minimal hassle, all to pay the average of $1.30. (Most of you require an 80¢ stamp)
Add $2.20 if you want to opt for registered mail.
6. Exchange rate: SGD 1 = CNY 4.93
7. Shipping details: Via EMS international direct shipping, takes 3-4 days to SG from CN.
