i was in her wetseal spree #2 and found that whilst it took some time for the items to come, i don't think it was really a fault on her part in the items taking some time to arrive. in all fairness, she really did update us at every step of the way and showed us the screen print, etc. so overall, i do think she's an alright spree organiser.

Hi, what i do know is many spree participants are frustrated with her for her super slow replies.

She did not reply me with the registered receipt no. since Monday and today is already Friday. And I havent receive anything from the postman.

This whole issue has been going on for 3 months.

have you tried checking her LJ page for the updates, etc? just a tip, because i emailed her the topup transaction reference, etc and then realised that her t&cs are such that all replies to her email (like your topup transaction, mailing address, etc) should be posted onto the specific spree page on her LJ.

i checked back to her LJ shortly after emailing her the topup reference, and she had already sent out most of the spree-ers stuff along with the individual registered mail tracking number by the side of our usernames. so yeah. she did also send out an email reminding us all that she handles everything from her LJ rather than via email (except when informing us about updates).

hi, since she claimed tt email was a problem, i posted at least 2 or 3 msgs on her LJ. I dont think by email she cant receive too, cuz there will be notification.

and i just saw alot spree-ers below have bad experience w her.

Can any mods help??? Please. I am really in a loss of what to do...

The dress will cost ard 70+ inclusive of the 4.20 which i trf to her a few days ago which she promised me that she will send out by this monday.

Until now, i dont have any replies from her.

registered article should have tracking no. right??? correct me if i am wrong

i think mods already set a rule, all orgs must give spree participants their tracking number right??

from the first email u shared with us, seems like she WILL send the items... but SOMEDAY...
it's taking her like forever, and she is like, ok i will send when i feel like it... refunds took months?!! not as if the participant broke any rules u gotta "punish" her this way...

i think refunds should be done during the topups of the participants, if it has to be after the spree... if the participants can topup promptly i dun see why organisers should drag refunds...

i am also waiting some refunds from another org.. but i shall not mention her here cos it's diff case.. but ya, luincuwen already got onto our nerves!!
