Mod Post: Regarding CGW 5% concierge fees
To everyone (participants and organizers included), please take note of this important announcement.
I have chatted with Comgateway livechat & had come to realize that the 5% concierge fee has not been implemented.
I know we moderators have been approving sprees (which are using Comgateway) that have revised their concierge fee charges from 4.5% to 5%. Do make sure that the organizers have offset the extra 0.5% collected (for concierge fee) against shipping or local postage.

Thus, the change in the concierge fees from 4.5% to 5% only applies to AMEX cardholders.
Therefore, we moderators would like all organizers who are using CGW (& have revised their concierge fee charges to 5%) to email us moderators (at sgspree.mod@gmail.com) the email notification (in printscreen) from CGW regarding the revised concierge fee. Those who failed to do so, would be suspended till further notice. For those who doesn't have the email notification, please remember to use the excess collected to offset against shipping or local postage. Leave a comment here if you do not have that email notification from CGW.
Participants are also encouraged & advised to ask for the printscreen of the email notification of the 5% concierge fee. For those participants who have joined a recent spree (using CGW & charges 5% concierge fee), please leave a comment here with the URL of the spree & the spree organizer's username. This would help us keep track of who has sent us an email & who hasn't. (Take note: This is only for sprees organized in sgspree. For those organized in _spreee, it will not be entertained.)

P.S.: Organizers, don't blame us moderators for implementing to many things. It is due to the recent rise in cheating cases happening in sgspree that we have to step-up in security to ensure everyone spreeing here to be assured that their money will not be cheated. Hope you all will understand. (:
