Hi all spree organisers,

I wish to inform you all that delias.com has a problem with their website.

I called up their CSO, who verified this problem as well.

If you are using a debit card, which I did, it might cause alot of problems as your funds might be held back for 10 working days.

Also, discount codes will be wrongly

what do you mean by held back?
delias hold the money or after 10days then they accept your orders

because i am using a debit card, any erroneous problem still holds the funds back for 10 days, and if delias' bank doesn't deduct it, it will only be released to me after 10 days.

i had to use an alternative credit card, and not my debit card to order, and had to order via USA phone, SG time about 2am. It took me 45 minutes, which amounts to less than SGD$19.00. But it was a very tiresome process!

yup, but its not so acertain, but based on when they tabulate the bills. for e.g., if the rates have risen by the end of the month, they will follow it when they tabulate the bill. if it drops, then it will be lower, but i doubt it!

i don't think the difference will be that great though, if not cc won't be used over debit cards in many online sprees!
