I bought this skirt from seller _mandasy on nov 28th. She 'sent' it out and it supposedly got lost. Thus singpost sent it back to her and she said she would mail it out again. This time, it got lost again! yea right, lost twice in the mail? whats the possibility of that! She said she would give me refund in early january but has yet to do so. I have been emailing her but she hasn't replied at all. her email: mandalim@hotmail.com. Did anyone come across her?I feel users like her ought to be banned. Its darn frustrating and I lost $10 because of her :(
/edit: she smsed me and said she refunded. well , i'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
