Just wondering under what kind of circumstances can a buyer back down from a deal? The buyer did agree to buy the item. But the seller takes a long time in replying. Even when the buyer gave out her contact number in the email twice. The seller did not bother to contact her either through phone or email until much later. It doesn't seem fair to the buyer to hold on to the deal if it drags on for months right? How long do you think a buyer should wait for the seller before she can call off the deal?
