So means if they have this tag they're fakes? What if the supplier gets it directly from the factory? then there wont be any price tag, wld it? and i see that alot of the suppliers dropship from factory itself have these tags instead of price tags, and not only their bags, but swimsuits too. what say you?

Yes, from what my sources say, if they have this big shiny black/golden curved tag, they are fakes. About the factory, many sellers claim to get it directly from the factory, but actually, they are getting it from factories such as, like say, India, Thailand. Which is why they can afford to sell such bags so low. Authentic Juicy Couture is made in the USA, not these countries, and it is pretty hard to get stock just like that from USA factories as there are many security measures taken, and a lot of paperwork involved.

Juicy Couture is a high end, boutique brand, it is of course, very likely that they sell their items strictly to boutiques only, and have a lot of measures input to make sure no one else tries to take their goods and turn them into profit makers. It is seriously not easily, and I do think you can be sued or fined if you sell their products without permission (someone correct me here, not very sure lol). Some sellers can manage it as they have contacts with the boutique store manager, and even they cannot get the items that low a price.

I've checked with a legitimate seller and he confirmed this. Not accusing anyone, but if there are any sellers other than from the USA selling Juicy Couture, best to be wary, as if you think about it, where would they get their so-called authentic products from? USA right? But why did the USA sellers sell the Juicy Couture items to these foreign sellers, when she or he can easily sell the items themselves and make more money out of it? It does not really make sense, when you have an authentic piece of clothing, you do not let go of it very easily. Remember, the DayDreamer bags are hot selling items now.

I hope you are not bored by this long long explanation, do feel free to speak up if you think otherwise as it will benefit everyone. =)

No problem! Glad to help!

Again, please do take caution when dealing with sellers other than USA citizens yeah? Most likely, all fakes, despite what they say. Of course, take in mind that they will all want to convince you that what they sell are the real deal, only way to be sure is to use common sense before buying, or be smart after buying and verify at a boutique. =)
