i bought a $16 tote bag from a user here last dec but never received it. she never replied me when i queried whether she had sent it out or not after i didn't received it but she never replied me. posting this now cos there seem to be some similar caases these few days? i just read somewhere here lost mail through normal postage can also be tracked? i wasn't sure what to do last dec, and $16 isn't a small sum of money :(

edit/ her lj nick is _mandasy and here's her fb link, which has mostly positive ratings but there're negative/neutral ratings too so i really don't know what to do..
