Mod's updates
Hi all,
I'm just doing a slight update and re-emphasizing on the rules that needs to be strictly followed. I've noticed the past two weeks there have been alot of emails coming in regarding "My lj-cut isn't working" and "Pictures larger than 320px by 320px" and caused your posts to be rejected many times. We're still working a way out for this. And if you're very sure that you've done a proper and working lj-cut, then take your ground. Also if you're very sure that your pictures have been rescaled to maximum 320px by 320px, then you're safe too. But if you're still receiving rejected e-mails from livejournal notification, please, with all courtesy e-mail us and we will resolve this matter. This will also follow a case by case basis.
1. Regarding pictures larger than 320px by 320px outside lj-cut
We are not joking about not abiding by this rule. I don't care how big your pictures outside the cut were last time or how I used to let all of these slip through, but this rule stands now. Any non-abiding posts (Meaning pictures outside lj-cut larger than 320px by 320px) will be rejected, and repeated non-abiding posts of the same user (Which is irritating the mods) will be banned from posting for a week. I mean it.
2. Let's talk about courtesy
I have to point this out that this lack of courtesy while e-mailing the mods to voice out your impatience or regarding matters when you're not the one at fault? We are all humans and we all make mistakes. Don't raise your voice at us or mail us in all CAPITAL LETTERS because we rejected your post by mistake or with any other valid reasons. If there are any disputes within this community you can simply leave us an email, again and we can talk things out nicely. Any rude demanding emails or comments will not be tolerated and will be ignored.
3. Sgsellers will be having their own personal e-mail soon
I am still using my own personal e-mail to send out registration confirmations to the registered members in the list, but that does not give me any bonus to receive all your personal sales journal updates or the latest collections launched. And due to receiving alot of incoming e-mails at once, I've decided to create a personal e-mail for sgsellers and will notify the community on it again.
