Life Update: Last five months...

Hi all.

I know, I know it's been awhile. I've lived with Aimee for the last five months...it's been great. I have a dog (Parker), two if you count Lola. Oh and a bird (Phideuax). Work has been okay. Busy as usual especially the end of the year. Matt and Monica came back to the city and Monica's back at work. There is a new guy, not so new anymore, Mark whose pretty good. I don't work with him a lot since we have alternate schedules. But I will probably be opening more and Rosy closing so I might see him more. And Terry the volunteer is a caregiver now and we hired Erin as KC coordinator but right now she is functioning more as assistant AC manager.

Minnesota was beyond fun. Jill and I ended up going in September cause Jill got sick but it was worth it. Christine and Rob were great. I had the best burger (stuffed with cheese) that i can't remember the name of. We spent a couple of hours at the Mall of America and I bought some candy and a picture frame for Eileen, plus a Star Wars animation book.

Christmas was okay, all of my dads sisters and families came so it was pretty cramped cause it was at Auntie Jeanette's and them and y parents split the cost since it was so many people. Christmas day was at Uncle Eddie's like usual and it was fun. Aimee had both the dogs with her since I don't trust my family with Parker yet plus my little cousin's do not know how to act around dogs. As an aside Eileen is on dialysis three times a week because of her diabetes but she is doing okay.

My mom is having stuff done with her leg and her brace, and the doctors think they might get her to walk again if all things go all right.

I bought the whole series of The West Wing and all but the Peace Keeper Wars of Farscape. TWW was awesome I can't believe how much I loved the show.

Aimee bought a Wii and I subscribed to Netflix so we now get movies and tv through that. I am in the process of watching Firefly. We watched all of Pushing Daisies. Chris (from PAWS) gave me the first two seasons of Babylon 5 but I have yet to start it. Will probably do so on Friday.

Parker is doing great by the way. He is (was) a staff dog at work. And he does have his possession issues though. More on him later.
