Bush said it showed Saddam was a threat because he was trying to undermine international sanctions "with the intent of restarting his weapons program once the world looked away."
So, they release the report showing there were no WMD's, and Bush's response is that they went in because Iraq had the INTENT of restarting his program once the U.N. sanctions were lifted? THAT IS NOT A REASON TO GO TO WAR. THAT IS NOT A REASON TO SEND KIDS TO THEIR DEATH! THAT IS NOT A REASON TO DESTROY THE LIVES OF INNOCENT CIVILIANS! AND HALF THE COUNTRY WANTS TO VOTE FOR THIS GUY?
