Day 09 - Best scene ever
I hate to say it's the best scene ever, but I'm going with this one since it's been one of my favs since I first saw it, and I have been on a bit of a Merlin nostalgia kick lately. Gwen breaks the spell that's been controlling Arthur for most of the episode, leading both of them to realize that it's twu wuv. Which, of course, leads to inevitable ~we can never be together~ drama(which I also enjoyed). Best scene of the episode, from one of the best episodes of the show. In my opinion, of course.

Day 10 - A show you thought you wouldn't like but ended up loving
A show with ghosts, demons, angels, religious issues, and a batshit crazy (incestuous!) slash fandom? Not what anyone would expect for me to like. I first got introduced to the show (because the fandom's been infamous to me since I was at Gateworld, circa 2006) via a post that catchtheskies made talking about some shows everyone should watch. I watched the trailer for S1 and thought "Well, this isn't so bad...it's a little too horror-movie for me, but, y'know, the leads are pretty hot..." and then I never really thought about it again, aside from the occasional post by someone on my flist/drama that made it into other fandoms/etc. Then, one, I was hanging out at the gym, and I decided to see what was on TNT. I was hooked as the last twenty minutes of Lucifer Rising played out on the screen. Sympathy for The Devil started up, and I had to leave, but I promised to go home and finish watching it online. And I did. And the next thing I know, I was tuning in every day when I was at the gym, and I had started watching S1, and I was looking for Sam/Ruby fic online. Next think you know, I was a huge participant at ontd_spnparty and I had fallen hard. Damn fandom.
