I'm glad Carson's well enough to be released to his own room as it gives the three of them more privacy to be together. I understood John's idea about Carson and Rodney going public, but I'm glad they turned him down and that Carson sounded a lot more like himself in his vehemence.

Great job with Carson's emotional ups and downs and and his frustration over it all. I also liked how he initiated the comfort session on the couch. It was a relief to see that he's not so touch-phobic around John and Rodney and I hope he continues in that manner.

*sigh* even though I know what happens *gloats* this story breaks my heart. this line of Carson's:

"You don't have to wait on me," Carson said. "I was raped, not lamed."

I can almost hear him saying it, bitterness in his voice. *hugs OT3*
