Sympathy for Eve: Baby Names
Hey, all those of you who've been following Sympathy for Eve, the Carson/Rodney mpreg series, I'm wanting some help. I need suggestions for baby names that you think Rodney or Carson might suggest. I figure there would be a couple things they probably wouldn't want-- cutesy alliteration (Marcus McKay or Bethany Beckett) and names that are mucho faddishly popular in their home countries (the whole 3 Megans in every class at school thing). As for things they might like, I can see Rodney going for important scientists' names and Carson liking names that are traditional in his family. This isn't necessarily a "name the baby" thing so much as a "give me names they'd like" thing so I can have them have the whole name discussion.
I don't know how different Canadian and Scottish naming traditions are. I do know that the generational feel (what names would traditionally be associated with a person in their 60s versus someone in their 40s versus someone who's in their 20s) is significantly different.
