AU John/Sentinel, Rodney/Guide. FOUND! See comments.

Looking for an AU where Rodney and his team are detectives. They are on a team like the BAU in Criminal Minds and are based in Chicago I believe. One of their team members transfers to another city and John is brought in to replace him. When John and Rodney are introduced they go to shake hands and realize they are Sentinel and Guide. Rodney is upset because he does not want a Sentinel.
