Second one is an AU, where Rodney and Radek schedule to meet with John about funding for their project. Rodney was late and was hurrying with his baby nephew and a toddler. His daycare was closed due to an outbreak so he handed the children to who he thought was the receptionist who turned out was John.
Third one is I am very unsure of the details, all I remember was Rodney's sister and her husband were killed in an automobile accident. When the police showed up at the door to tell Rodney. He fainted and ended up at the hospital with their two children.
