John missing an eye
I can't find the story where Sheppard was tortured by the Genii and Sumner had left him there. He lost an eye, his ankle was permanently damaged, ets. Sumner was killed on the kids planet and John had to go there from the infirmary while still injured to retrieve their bodies. He swims for his exercise since he has trouble running/walking. He rescues an AU Rodney, but Rodney thinks he is his John and gets confused really easy. It ends with them together. Help please.
