Sheppard feels Atlantis through the gate while back on Earth

Hey, I'm looking for the story where Sheppard is back on Earth missing Atlantis. Somehow the gate opens and Atlantis sends through a message or just a nudge to him. SGC figures it out and everyone's astonished at their connection. Probably McShep, I think?

I think I've read this, but (gasp) cannot recall the author or title. If no one responds with the exact story though, you might try taking a look at the recently updated Sentient!Atlantis fic table or blog to see if one of the titles/authors/descriptions there rings a bell for you?
