Rodney saves Atlantis
I'm sorry in advance for the cruddy description that's about to follow. My memories of this story are spotty at best.
It's along the same lines of the stories where Chaya's on Atlantis and Rodney doesn't trust her (heck, it might even have Chaya in it). There's someone on Atlantis that's influencing everyone in the city to like him/her/it, and Rodney is the only one immune. He keeps trying to get everyone to snap out of their infatuation with the alien, and the alien keeps trying to kill him. I think it wound up McShep in the end, and there was some sort of glowy Ancient ball involved.
