#1. Hey guys! I'm looking for any fics in which Rodney, not Carter, was part of the SG-1 as a founding member. I would love it to be McShep or John and Rodney friendship but doesn't really matter to me ( Read more... )

re: #1, Auburn's Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves http://archiveofourown.org/works/73472?view_full_works has involuntary Tok'ra ex-host Rodney as an original member of SG-1 instead of Carter as part of his backstory (so, not the focus of the story). It's a 180,000 word epic.

re: #2 Seikaitsukimizu's Into the Fire http://archiveofourown.org/collections/2011_stories/works/254817 is a 51,000 word 2011 Big Bang story told from Evan Lorne's point of view: Lorne leads an SGC offworld team that eventually includes Sheppard and McKay.

re: #4 Sian1359's Trust Issues http://archiveofourown.org/works/270375 19,500 words: borderline sociopath!John and borderline insane!Rodney partner up and blackmail the SGC to get to Atlantis.

All three stories are McShep.

re: #3 3 Lovers by Speranza http://www.trickster.org/speranza/cesper/Lovers.html is Teyla- not Rodney-centred but a really great OT4 story so...
