My Dream Vacation

I've always wanted to go to Los Angeles - Las Vegas - San Francisco (The Golden Triangle). Last week I finally found the time for my dream vacation. It was great! Last time I was in US I was like 10 and had a chance to only see the east coast. And I have to admit I don't remember much. 10 days wasn't enough but I'll be sure to go back to the USA as soon as possible :)

Los Angeles kinda scared me, probably because it's a huge city and you can't do much without a car of your own. I'm used to walking every time I visit a new city just to get the best of it. But it was not a good idea in LA. We had 2,5 days in LA, first day we went to Universal Studios and Hollywood. Which was cool, I did expect some more rides but had a great time. My favorite ride was "The Mummy" (ofcourse being a fan of Mummy). I don't have to mention getting wet to my underwear after the Jurrasic Park ride. I can give one advice give the dollar and get a rain coat!! The Simpsons ride was cool too.. Oh and you should definetely see "The House of Horror", it's nice to scream once in a while ;)  The Second day was a quick city tour; Santa Monica Beach and Rodeo Drive. And a visit to Cheesecake Factory ofcourse.

Our next stop was Las Vegas , we had another 2,5 days. First thing you notice is it's REALLY HOT, it was 45 C while we were there. We went to Las Vegas Premium Outlet center on the first day. I don't remember shopping for 7 hours in my life!!! Everything was like 1/4 the price we had in Istanbul. Since it was the 4th of July weekend everything had extra discounts, I mean crazy discounts. We went to every hotel in the Strip the other days, getting 1$ chips from every casino with my brother.

Last stop San Francisco, a city I can live. It was calm, more walkable and more safer. we only had a day there but we did manage to see Alcatraz, and walk back to Union Square from Pier 39.
