Don't you hate when you know what you want to write but you can't seem to write it. That is what is currently happening to me at this very moment. I know what I want to happen in Chapter 3 for "The Truth Behind Arizona's Past" but I can't seem to write it the way I want. I am definitely in the same place as you right now.
I'm stuck on part four of "Let Me Go", and I know EXACTLY where I want to take it but not a clue how to get there. It's so frustrating, because I know people must be like SHE USED TO UPDATE EVERY DAY WHAT HAPPENED. But I just don't know what to do! Haha.

When I'm blocked, I usually just try to write a oneshot about something completely unrelated to get my mindframe back in the right place.

Me too. I know for the most part where I want to take the story it's chapter 3 that is stopping me. It's terrible. I hate saying I'm going to update and then not updating. So horrible.

True. And usually when I get past that part I get get past everything usually goes smooother so I'm hoping that will happen this time for you and me both.
