Gateworld Whump Thread Challenge - Again :)
And again, no whump... well, not really ;)
The challenge:
Make a sig with Shep and a Wraith. Any Wraith! Doing anything. Shooting! Talking! Getting his chin scratched! Anything at all is good. Oh heck….I can’t make it too simple. Find a quote from Shakespeare to use on the sig.
Julius Caesar immediately came to mind. LOL Yes, Julius Caesar. I know. I'm weird. ;)
Context for the quote: As Marc Antony prepares to strike back at Caesar’s assassins, he invokes Caesar's spirit and Ate, goddess of ruin and strife. Hot from hell-the pagan catch-all for both the blessed and the damned-Caesar and Ate will charge in with dogs of war, visiting havoc on the conspirators.
I thought it fit Sheppard and his fight against the Wraith, which, at many times, he took very personally, specifically, the people he lost to the Wraith and avenging them.
