Group Work, Individual Work

I'm curious to see how everyone's doing on their group work. (If you haven't met or done anything or--whatever, that's your prerogative. No need to report that.) But for those of you who *are* in groups that you feel are helping, I'd like for you to share with the class what sorts of things you do within your group that are working really well and

My group formed a community where we have a weekly poll so we can post how we're doing and we have Snippet Tuesday, where we post...well, snippets and comment on them. I find it very motivational and I like knowing there's a place I can post questions to if I need to work out a problem.

It really is a blast, and the polls we do are phrased in a fun way so that even if someone's behind, they still have spaces to fill out and encouragement to be had. The snippets though, those are really helpful and fun even though I didn't participate a few times because I hadn't written that week and felt like I didn't deserve it, heh.

My group kind of does interval checks, with picspams and snippets for inspiration. They've already helped me through quite a bit (especially the ending...which will be evil...evil! Muwahahah!). THey've doubled as cheerleaders and sounding boards and just all around awesomeness (this is our second year together, actually).

Sadly, I can't partake of much for the next two-three weeks because of final projects/finals/graduation. But after that, I'm hoping my writing will go zoom zoom zoom!
