Good grief, if there's a more fitting title, *I* certainly can't think of it.

And wow, that last line is like a kick in the teeth. Teyla's predicament is totally believable and understandable -- she really *is* in a state of limbo, isn't she?

Yes! Good. That's the feeling I was going for. While she is a part of the Atlantis family, she remains somehow distant from it, removed, because she'll always be her people's leader first and foremost.

*hearts this fic like whoa* I love Teyla so much, and I love how you draw her, so wanting yet restrained. I love how she's pulled in so many directions -- not just the men she desires, but the people to whom she gives her loyalty as well. Wonderful!
