A really cool twisty crossing/quantum jumping! I love all the really interesting places John ended up - and that he was still around Rodney and his team, even in these places. Great idea for a broken mirror!

I do love quantum mirror fics, though I have to say quite a bit of it is reserved for the Pern crossover you managed. :D

Thank you. It was pretty tough coming up with seven different universes that might work in the time frame, and I had quite a bit of fun with the Pern one myself. I had to do a little refresher to get bits and pieces to match up and make sure my memory wasn't too wonky -- so now I'm immersing myself all over again with some lovely old friends that I haven't reread in years.

What a great fic! I had fun trying to see how fast I could identify what universe you were referencing. I applaud you on your skill in mastering 7 different worlds. The only one I wasn't familiar with was Necromancer, so thanks for actually naming names for that one.

I admit to a great fondness for the Pern crossover and wouldn't mind a revisit to that world from you.

Thank you. I've actually had ideas for fic in about half these fusions, so it's always possible I'll do more with Pern; even while writing these snapshots, I was outlining a larger story framework to hang them in. The Necromancer one was actually Steven Brust's Jhereg series, it's a great set of books and definitely one fusion I hope to do, but this snippet really didn't deal very much with all of the things that might have made it recognizable.
