Oh I loved this. I've wanted to read for so long a story where an AU Rodney would have died and a grieving AU John would end up in our universe and open the eyes of our John and Rodney. Sooo long. Thank you.

It's a cute story, and I like the icon. But you might want to fix the typos in the summary -- should be "Midway" instead of "Midaway" and I think you meant "civilian" instead of "civilist." I posted a story with a typo in the summary just a few days ago so I know it's easy to overlook, but a lot of people find it off-putting and won't read any farther.
