Sense
John calls it her “spidey sense” but doesn't bother to explain the phrase to her. She doesn't feel inclined to ask. The doctors had nodded and and made various noises of understanding when they had discovered her Wraith gene, justifying her ability by associating it with the telepathic capabilities of their foes.
She tells them when she can sense the enemy, earning their gratitude for the lives saved. She does her best to help the scientists to use Wraith technology, poking and grasping and thinking whenever prompted to do so in the hope of gaining the advantage in this war. She does all that they ask of her and more.
She doesn't tell them that she can distinguish him from the others. The change from Wraith to human and back has altered him in ways that even he doesn't know of. While the others speculate on whether or not he survived, she knows the truth. She doesn't tell them that she knows that he is alive and well. She doesn't tell them that they have visited many of the same planets that he has, the lingering trace of him making her shiver as she soon as she emerges from the wormhole. And she certainly doesn't tell them when the faint tingling evolves into a racing heart and sweaty palms, a sure sign that he is here with them.
