Title: Corporate Fund Raiding
Author: kyrdwyn
Pairing: Sheppard/McKay/Zelenka
Rating: NC-17
Genre: Complete and Total AU. Again.
Challenge: Sex, Drugs, and Rock N Roll on sga_flashfic (two out of the three, if not quite how people were expecting)
Betas: rosewildeirish

Author's Notes: Title is really useless to the fic. Just comes out of a typo I made years ago when typing up a contract. Put in "fund raiding" instead of "fund raising". The other side's attorney thought it was amusing, at least.

Summary: Rodney cocked his head. "Can I have my porn back, please?" he asked, rewarded with seeing Sheppard's eyes fly up to his hairline.

This should have been easy. Break into the doctor's penthouse, dope him, and make the call to his backup team to show up as paramedics and take the 'ailing' doctor to the 'hospital'. Which really meant to the headquarters of Hoff Genetic Research and a session of "what will it take to make you work for us."

Of course, in Rodney McKay's experience, nothing was ever easy, and three things went wrong the minute Rodney had snuck into the penthouse.

First - Kavanagh's intelligence had been wrong. Beckett wasn't in New York. According to the calendar on his desk, he was scheduled to be on vacation all week. Of course, the calendar didn't give any useful information about where that vacation might be.

Second - that Czech weasel Zelenka was already in the penthouse. Apparently Athosian Medical Labs wanted Beckett as well.

Third, and most annoying, Beckett's personal anti-espionage expert was in the penthouse, and he was currently holding Rodney and Zelenka hostage.

"Look, really, all you have to do is let us go and we'll leave Beckett alone, really." Rodney squirmed against the handcuffs binding him to the chair. The dreadlocked freak who worked for Sheppard had locked them entirely too tight, and did he have to thread them through the chair's spindles?

Sheppard looked at Rodney, his face expressionless. "Right. Because your companies are really going to listen to you when you tell them that you bargained away Beckett to save your asses."

Rodney blinked. In the chair next to him, Zelenka said nothing. The skinny military looking associate of Sheppard's had bound him up quite tightly as well.

"The way I see it," Sheppard said easily, sitting one hip on Beckett's desk as he kept his 9mm pistols trained on the two spies, "my best bet is to bargain with your companies themselves. Because I really don't think they want me calling in the cops." He looked past the two men to his comrades. "Lorne, Dex, call up our friends at Hoff and Athosian and let them know we've got McKay and Zelenka. Tell them," Sheppard paused and looked at his two prisoners. "Tell them that if they don't agree, in writing, to leave Dr. Beckett alone, these two men will be exposed on the evening news as their employees and attempted kidnappers." A slow grin spread across Sheppard's face.

Lorne and Dex nodded before leaving the room. Zelenka finally spoke. "Are the guns really necessary?"

In response, Sheppard lifted an eyebrow. "Yes. I know your reputation, *Dr.* Zelenka. And your history. I really don't want to see what your KGB parents taught you first hand."

Zelenka sniffed. Sheppard kept the guns trained on them. Rodney finally decided that Sheppard wasn't going to be talked down, so he'd just wait and see what Sheppard did when Hoff refused his demands. Rodney had no illusions about his position in the company - he was useful so long as he got the information they wanted. If he ever got caught, he was on his own.

Lorne came back in and walked around Zelenka and Rodney to murmur something in Sheppard's ear. The boyish grin spread across Sheppard's face again.

"Well, gentlemen, seems your companies are willing to play ball. I guess kidnapping the world's top geneticist is something they don't want shown on the news tonight. Representatives from your companies will be here in an hour with the agreements."

Rodney blinked, unable to believe that Hoff would actually give in. Then again, he thought, there was nothing like bad publicity to make Chairman Druhin run screaming like a girl.

Sheppard was quiet for the hour it took for the representatives to arrive. Dex escorted them up. Dr. Perna, Druhin's CFO, looked pissed. Teyla Emmagan from Athosian wasn't any happier. Zelenka blanched under her gaze.

Perna slapped the documents on the desk next to Sheppard. "This satisfy you?" she snapped.

Sheppard handed one of his guns to Lorne and the other to Dex before picking up the papers and reading through them. "Yeah, this'll do for now." He looked up at Emmagen, who handed over her papers. He read them and nodded. "These are good." He nodded at Dex and Lorne, who uncuffed Rodney and Zelenka.

"See you boys around," Sheppard called out as they left with their company representatives.

Radek crept into the room, pausing to listen for anyone moving about. The only sound he heard was the soft breathing of the occupant of the bed. He would have smiled, but the job wasn't over.

He reached into his jacket and grabbed the rag soaked in halothane. He rehearsed the plan in his mind - use the rag to knock out Dr. Weir, restrain her, and then wait for her to regain consciousness so he could interrogate her about the Pegasus Project. He also had a syringe of sodium pentothal to help with the interrogation. After the Beckett fiasco, he had this one chance to regain Emmagen's trust or he was looking for a new position.

He approached the bed carefully, but the occupant didn't move. He was reaching toward the face when a hand shot up from under the covers, grabbing his wrist and pulling him onto the bed. A hard body covered his, and Radek struggled, only to stop when he heard the familiar voice of John Sheppard.

"Now, haven't we met before?" he drawled, looking down at Radek. Radek swore in Czech.

"You kiss your mother with that mouth? Wait, never mind, she probably taught you those words," he said.

Radek struggled again, stopping this time when he felt something hard press into his thigh. It wasn't a gun.

He looked up, noticing Sheppard's breathing was fast and shallow. Swallowing, Radek realized he was getting hard as well.

"This is an interesting development," Sheppard said in a strained voice. He didn't move, keeping Radek's hands pinned above his head. Sheppard's tongue flicked over his lips as his eyes focused on Radek's.

Radek found his body overruling his brain and moving against Sheppard's, needing friction. Sheppard swore in Czech, causing Radek's eyes to widen, before he leaned down and kissed Radek.

Radek gave into the heat of the kiss and the pressure of Sheppard's lips and opened his mouth, letting his tongue stroke over Sheppard's. Sheppard made a needy noise in the back of his throat as he deepened the kiss.

A whimper from the side of the bed startled them, and Sheppard rolled off Radek, pulling a gun from under the pillow to aim at the intruder. Radek recognized him instantly, and so did Sheppard.

"McKay. I wondered if you were going to be on this job as well," Sheppard drawled, sounding as if he hadn't had his tongue down Radek's throat five seconds before.

McKay just stood there, speechless. Sheppard's gaze flickered from him to Radek. "I suggest you boys forget about Dr. Weir tonight." He gave them a lazy grin. "But I do look forward to our next encounter," he added as he got off the bed, gun still trained.

Radek reluctantly got off the bed and followed McKay out of the hotel room. Dex and Lorne were outside to escort them to the lobby.

"This is your fault."

Radek looked back over his shoulder at McKay, insulted that the Canadian would blame their predicament on him. "I almost had her," he retorted, "and then you got in my way."

McKay snorted. "Right, sure you almost had her. Her lumbering ox of a bodyguard was about to backhand you across the room."

"Yes, and what was your plan for getting Dr. Biro's attention? Eating citrus?"

McKay didn't respond, so Radek worked on loosening the ropes that bound his hands. Unfortunately, he and McKay had been tossed into this small closet with McKay spooned against Radek's back. Every time Radek moved, he brushed McKay's groin.

"Will you stop that?" McKay said through what sounded like clenched teeth.

"No," Radek said. McKay had interfered in the last time Radek had the opportunity to have sex. This was as good a revenge as any.

McKay muttered something under his breath before he wiggled against Radek, who bit his lip as he got hard now. Karma was a bitch, he thought as the wiggling went on for some time.

Then he felt McKay's hands on his, and the ropes binding his wrists parted. "What?" He sat up to see McKay holding a Swiss Army knife. He slipped it into his back pocket.

"Never know when you'll need it," he said.

"I don't suppose it has a lock pick?" Radek asked.

McKay shrugged. "Actually, no. I was hoping you had some sort of idea about getting out of here."

"No." Radek gave McKay a grin. "But I can think of a way to pass the time," he said before leaning forward to kiss McKay.

McKay made a slight protest before giving into the kiss. He pressed forward, forcing Radek back until McKay was on top, his hands brushing over Radek's groin.

Then light flooded the closet, and they moved apart, looking toward the door. Lorne stood there, smirking.

"Party's over. You're free to go."

Radek got up and walked past Lorne, without a glance back at McKay.

Rodney frowned as he caught sight of Dex in the lobby of the apartment building. That meant one of two things - Sheppard was in the building guarding Rodney's target, or Sheppard was in the building guarding someone else.

Of course, Dex could be in the building to visit a girlfriend, but Rodney really didn't think that was the case.

In any event, having one of Sheppard's goons in the building was not something Rodney needed to deal with. Not with Kolya funding this job. The man wanted the data his ex wife had stolen from Genii Corp., and he wasn't particularly picky about how Rodney got it back.

Rodney knew Sora Kolya was out for the evening - he'd seen her leave in a limo outside before Rodney had entered the building. Rodney preferred to get in and out without having to resort to violence on this one. After all, she wasn't his target.

It was ridiculously easy to get into the woman's apartment. Really, had she not heard of security? Her computer was well protected, though, so Rodney was relieved on that score. If it had been too easy, he would have gotten paranoid. Well, more than he already was.

Data found, Rodney copied it over and used his own wipe program to erase it from the hard drive, and erase his presence. He tucked the jump drive into its special compartment inside his shoe and slipped out of the apartment.

His luck ran out on the elevator when it stopped on the floor below Sora Kolya's and John Sheppard stood there, waiting.

"McKay," he said.

"Sheppard," he replied. "Going down?"

"Maybe," Sheppard drawled, with a suggestive glance at Rodney's groin.

"Oh how mature. Look, should I keep the door open or just shut it in your face?"

Sheppard stepped onto the elevator and leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest. He was wearing a tux, the tie draped around his neck and the first few buttons of his shirt undone. "So, McKay, what brings you here? The charming Dr. Carter, perhaps?"

Rodney shook his head. "No, I have no interest, professionally speaking, in Dr. Carter."

"Good. Would hate to be at odds again," Sheppard was still grinning.

"I can just imagine."

Sheppard pushed away from the wall and moved into Rodney's personal space. "Of course, I can think of better things to do," he said.

Rodney backed against the wall. "Really, Sheppard, haven't we had enough of these little games?"

Sheppard shook his head. "Nope," he said before leaning down to kiss Rodney.

God, Sheppard tasted like coffee and mints and something that Rodney couldn't identify, but he didn't care, because Sheppard's hands were inside his jacket, and --

Rodney pushed Sheppard away. "Finished searching me?"

"Yep," Sheppard smirked, holding up a black diskette.

Rodney cocked his head. "Can I have my porn back, please?" he asked, rewarded with seeing Sheppard's eyes fly up to his hairline. "Check it if you want," Rodney invited. "But I'd like it back when you're done. I'm rather fond of one of the stories on there."

Sheppard stepped back, tucking the disk into the inside pocket of his jacket. "I'm sure you are."

The elevator slowed as it reached the bottom floor, and opened to reveal Radek Zelenka standing there. He glanced at the two of them, threw up his hands, and walked away.

Rodney walked out of the elevator, not bothering to glance back at Sheppard. He hoped Sheppard would enjoy the porn on the disk.

John looked at the screen. There was one fish on the line. The other shouldn't be to far behind -- aha. There was the other, in a different elevator. He sat back, propping his feet up on his desk and reaching for the remote to kill the lights in the room. The curtains were drawn, so the room was almost pitch black. Once his targets were off the elevators, he closed the laptop and waited.

The door opened, and a figure snuck in. He headed straight for the laptop set up on the desk across the room. It didn't take long before he had cracked the security protocols and started loading the data to be planted on the computer.

Before he could finish, the door opened again. Another figure headed for the laptop, then stopped when he saw the first one there.

Nothing was said, and John figured that was his cue. He hit the remote, and the lights flared on, blinding both men.

"Gentlemen," John drawled, "glad to see you could make it."

Rodney McKay and Radek Zelenka turned to him, both with identical expressions of shock and dismay on their faces.

"Really, I'm impressed that you both got through my security set up in such creative ways. I wasn't expecting to see both of you this quickly."

Radek put it together first. "You hired me."

John nodded. "Hired both of you. I wanted to see exactly what you were both capable of, since we all seem to keep running into each other on various jobs."

"So, now that you've had your fun," Rodney began.

"I want to offer you both jobs. Permanent ones with my company."

Both men stared at him. "You want to hire us?" Radek asked.

John nodded. "Why not? You're both good at what you do. McKay here even got the Kolya espionage past me. Nice trick, with the porn diskette."

Rodney smiled. "Thank you."

"So, why should we work for you?" Radek asked.

"Well, I pay well, the work is interesting, there's a lot less sneaking into apartments and kidnapping people, and I even offer health insurance."

"Hrm. No other. . .benefits?" Radek sounded disappointed.

John got up and walked across the room to where Radek was now leaning against the other desk. "What kind of benefits were you thinking of?" he asked before kissing Radek.

Damn, it was just as good as the first time. He pushed himself against Radek, and felt the man harden against him. John had been hard since Radek asked his question about benefits.

A whimper came from behind John, and then there were lips against the back of his neck, arms reaching around him to stroke down Radek's arms. John shivered, breaking off the kiss with Radek to move his head and lick Rodney's jaw. "Let me guess, you want those benefits, too?"

"Equal partners," Rodney murmured. "At least in this aspect. You can keep the administrative headaches," he chuckled.

"You'll just have to make that worth my while," he said on a gasp as Radek fastened his mouth on John's collarbone.

"You really need to work on your recruitment speeches," Rodney said, but his hands were insinuating themselves between John and Radek. John moaned as Rodney's hand expertly stroked John's cock through the fabric of his pants. Radek gave a breathy hiss as John's hips thrust forward, apparently pushing Rodney's hand against Radek's cock. John leaned back against Rodney, feeling Rodney's own hard cock press into him.

John pushed forward against Rodney's hand again, then back against Rodney, getting gasps from both men. His hands moved up to unbutton Radek's shirt, pausing to run his fingers through the Czech's chest hair, removing them only when Rodney's insistent tugging at John's shirt meant that he needed to let the Canadian take it off or risk it being ripped off like some cheesy novel.

Finally both he and Radek were shirtless, and John gasped as his new recruits leaned in, mouths working in sync on his neck. He groaned as they found the sensitive spots on his neck. He reached behind to grab Rodney's ass and pull the man into him even as he leaned forward into Radek.

Months of frustration for the three men meant they didn't last long, thrusting back and forth against each other. Radek came first, babbling a stream of unintelligible Czech as he shuddered against John.

John followed Radek, his hips jerking as he bit Radek's neck while he came. Behind him, John felt more than heard Rodney's keening whine as Rodney pressed hard against his ass.

The three of them collapsed against each other, panting heavily, until Radek pushed at John. "You two are heavy."

John moved back, stifling a groan. "Next time, there will be a bed involved," he muttered to himself.

Rodney licked behind John's ear. "Without a bed, there won't be a next time," he murmured.

"Speak for yourself," Radek said as he put his hands on John's chest and leaned up to kiss Rodney, whose chin was on John's shoulder. The kiss moved from Rodney's lips to John's ear. "I don't care where we have sex, so long as we are having it. Often."

John almost got hard again from Radek's words, but when Rodney's breath hitched, John's erection was back in full force. "You two are going to kill me," he moaned.

"At least now we're on your side," Radek chuckled.

"Although if we'd known this during the Beckett op . . ." Rodney mused.

John moved away from them and toed off his boots before taking off his jeans. He propped his hands on his hips and was met with two identical lust filled gazes. "I'm not sure I have enough incentive to deal with the administrative crap on my own."

Rodney and Radek looked at each other, grinned, and advanced on John with predatory looks in their eyes. John gasped under their tactile assault and thought their idea of incentive might kill him.

But at least he'd die with a smile on his face.
