I loved each of the accounts, canon and otherwise. Especially Lorne and Cadman's conversion of Chattels. *shakes head*

Thanks!!

The entire time I was writing this I kept thinking back to bar review, and the multi state Torts guy talking about "loathsome diseases." I don't think I will ever forget the elements of slander per se. Then again there are a lot of things from bar review that are permanently etched in my brain.

Oh, fantastic. That's marvelous.

Conversion of chattels! Bwah! (Although, if it's Lego, and Kavanagh still has the pieces, is it conversion? *g*)

So creative.

Thanks!!

I was going to put a bit more in to talk about the actual pieces break but it seemed funnier if maybe they did or maybe they didn't.

Kavanagh still seems like the kind of guy who would sue over it in either case. :-)

I hope he wins! Poor pookie bear! He deserves a nice fat payout and a new yoga mat. And a new T-rex! And an apology! And a foot rub!

Hehe! I was going to put more specific requests for relief but in Colorado they only allow you to plead for general relief.

It would be funny to see what he could ask for. :-)
