Whoa. And I mean ... just ... whoa. Poor Rodney. You're not leaving it there right? I mean, the idea that John is getting off on Rodney's pain is so disturbing to me, I can't imagine what Rodney would feel. Eek.

I liked the interaction during the ordinary day - the way John's playing things in his mind - keeping things compartmentalized - while he's teasing and playing. That's the truly scary thing about this kind of John. The ability to separate from it all.

Dark, dark fic, but so well done.

The interaction was - interesting to write, because there are two things going on there at the same time, and the currents had to be so separate. Fun, in its way. (And I can't believe I said fun about something like this1!)
