I love it! Especially the idea that Rodney didn't bring a personal item - and the reasoning why he didn't... poor, complicated man ;-)

And Atlantis absolutely needs a beach.

i love the sense of a quiet pause this moment suggests. that they have some time to explore the city, and can be puzzled by what they find. :)

Thnsk! Glad you liked it about the fic. I suppose they need something like that from time to time, simple puzzlement instead of constant sense of danger.

yup, and i think that puzzlement is vital to their ability to deal with everything else. as if atlantis is a giant puzzle box stretched out before them. :)
