well a meep is good. :) thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. I wasn't sure if anyone was reading the story or not. I'm glad someone gave it a chance.

I was feeling brave so I gave it a try. (I get depressed when I read too much darkfic or angst, so I admit I limit it.) John and Elizabeth are such great characters, and I thought the bit at the ending when the team reacts to the rape was very effective.

But poor John and Elizabeth. Damn evil aliens!

I don't get depressed reading stories unless they are really really bad (in which case it's sometimes really funny or really depressing) or slave fics with no hope for a happy ending, but I know you aren't the only one that feels this way. :) again, I'm glad you gave it a chance. I revised the story a little...i'm not sure if it actually made it any better or more co-herent but if you'd like to read the revised version it's on my LJ. It's still the same story I just re-wrote (what felt like ) a lot of the sentences.

Well, my reaction to darkfic is due to my overall dpressive tendencies, but I do read it. It's just that I have to limit imy consumption. I'll re-read it. (You do know you can edit your posts in communities, right?)

yes, I figured out how to edit them in communities. I still sometimes feel like a newbie when it comes to livejournaling.
