It's been over two years since I've posted to this journal; how crazy is that? I desperately need to update everything about it. I so need to figure out how lay-outs work and all that jazz, because the way this journal looks is bugging me so much.
Also, I am incredibly tempted to try and learn Korean so I can read the damn fanfiction, but that would take quite a while, now wouldn't it? Grr. I wish online translators actually worked well.
I want to do so much extreme stuff right now, but I don't have the resources/knowledge to do most of it! How frustrating..
Sidenote: I need lj friends. )-(
Ah~ I listed to DBSK's new single today; I'm so sad. I really prefer Sarah Connor's version of it. I really, really wanted to love their new single though, because I really disliked their last Japanese album. [I feel strangely guilty about that.] I really, really am in love with SJ-M, Shinee, and SMASH! at the moment rather than DBSK, who I discovered 2nd out of all Korean artists. Ivy was the first person I found.
What happened was, I was on a PS3 website to keep up with that information, and they had an article about how Ivy's Sonata of Temptation was sued or whatever by Square Enix since it was a fight scene from FFVII Advent Children. I watched the music video and really like the song. There were a bunch of links to other videos, and for some reason that I do not recall, I ended up watching Tri-Angle. I fell in love with the song, and I cracked up watching Yunho dance about a 1:15 in, if I recall correctly. The hand movement killed me. And I didn't realize it then, but that started me down a road that has really taken up a lot of space in my head/heart. Damn loveable Korean guys.
Now, I say that I didn't know that I was going down this path, because honestly? I didn't go and find other DBSK videos or look for information on them. I'm not sure exactly what happened, because at this point I didn't care too much about them yet, but I eventually downloaded some of their songs (but two of which were actually Wheesung's). That's when I fell in love with DBSK. Somehow, a few months ago I fell in love with Suju as well. I had actually seen Suju when I watched EHB episodes 9 and 10, but I had only been watching it for DBSK and had no real opinion on them. HAH! How sad on my part, because I had major love for them now.
Ah, this is pretty long for me, so I'll let it go.
