Quartetto Concert Screening Poster Design Contest

sg_paanas is holding a contest to design a poster for our Quartetto concert screening!
The designers of the winning poster, the 2nd-placed poster and 3rd-placed poster will get to choose 1 prize each from our bag of prizes!
The bag contains
1. Yonjuushi DVD single regular edition
2. Koi wo Shiranai Kimi e CD single regular edition
3. Hikari no Shizuku/Touch CD single regular edition
4. Kei chan Quartetto concert photoset
5. White tour Tego clear file
6. Haiiro no Canaria (The Grey Canary) letter set
7. Roku Gatsu no Bita- Orenji (The Bitter Oranges of June) butai pamphlet

This contest is open to all paanas regardless of where you live, and sg_paanas will bear all mailing costs.
To participate, design a poster meeting all of the following requirements:
1) A4 size (portrait and landscape are both acceptable)
2) 200 to 300 DPI
3) JPEG format
4) Containing the title 'Quartetto Concert Screening'
5) Containing the date, time and venue of the screening
Date: 17 December 2016
Time: 1.30-5.00pm
Doors open: 1.15pm
Venue: Screening Room
6) Containing the words 'Proudly brought to you by' followed by the sg_paanas logo. Use 1 or more of the 4 logo designs available here.
And the rest is up to you! Unleash your creativity! Feel free to use actual or drawn images of the boys if you want to. But for images drawn by others, please ensure that you have the artists' prior permission to use them.
Email your design to us at sg_paanas@yahoo.com.sg together with your LJ nick or any other nick you'd like to be known by. The email should be titled 'Quartetto Concert Screening Poster Design Contest'.
The winning poster will be displayed on our LJ and various other NEWS community LJs to advertise the screening, and we are also considering the possibility of making it into an actual poster and/or putting it on our door gifts.
sg_paanas reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed not to have met the specified requirements.
The deadline for the email is 24 Nov 2016 (Thu), 11.59pm Japan time.

No personal information obtained in the process of this contest will be used for any purpose other than for the purpose of this contest.
2. On use of the submitted entries
If you submit an entry for this contest, you also give us the right to amend and to use your design as we deem fit without the need to seek permission. The entries will only be used for the purposes of the sg_paanas fanbase.
3. FAQ
a) Who is eligible for this contest?
Everyone regardless of where you live!
b) How many designs can I submit?
Only 1. So make sure it is the best of all your designs! If you wish to change your entry after submitting it, just email us.
c) How will you decide on which are the best designs?
The mods' decision is final. We are looking for nice, creative, original and well-thought out designs, preferably related to the theme of Quartetto.
d) How will I know if I won?
We will notify the winners by email. Pls note only winners will be notified.
e) If I am the winner, how will you send me the prize?
If you live outside of Singapore, we will contact you for your mailing address and post it to you. If you live in Singapore, we can either pass you the prize via meetup, or we can post it to you. We will bear all costs of mailing, so you will not need to pay for anything.
f) What if 2 winners select the same prize?
The first-placed winner will have priority over the second-placed winner, who will have priority over the third-placed winner.
