A is for Alien. Cassandra isn't so sure that she's going to be able to fit in properly on Earth, but Teal'c, her fellow alien, can be very reassuring. 560 words. Rated G.
Camouflage. Appearances can be deceiving, as the team knows all too well. Includes some unexpected Jack angst. ~1,200 words. PG.
Read Between the Lines and Line in the Sand. The first two parts of the Lines series, tracing young Sha'uri and her personal journey to rebellion.

Here are the recs, presented as posted:
Nightspear's Daniel of Abydos series, which is the equivalent of five novels' worth of alternate reality. The expedition to Abydos took place in the 80s, with Drs. Claire and Melbourne Jackson, and Daniel is born on Abydos... and accidentally brought back to Earth during the alternate events of COTG. First four novels at AO3; last novel on LJ or at FF.net. sg_wonderland added, "It's hard to beat Nightspear's entry, it's stellar."
Coming Into Being, by Raven. Classic "downsizing" fic that never strays out of character and allows the reader to enjoy the reactions of just about everybody. Fluffy and fun, with unexpected depth around the edges.
Of Honey Cakes and Honor, by Thothmes. Literally delicious! Bra'tac and Teal'c's first meeting.
In a Mother's Eyes, also by Thothmes. Gorgeous retrospective of SG-1 as children via their mothers' POV.
Ready When You Get Back, by campylobacter. A twisty, angsty trip from one waffle house to another.
